For livery and black-car operators
Farm out the job.
Keep the record.
You book more work than you can drive. TripPact turns the text-message handoff into something you can actually settle from — the agreed rate, who showed, and what the wait really was.
Set up your first job
Free while we build it out. $29 a month when it's finished — $19 locked for life if you're in early. No card, no contract.
Whoever you send it to installs nothing, and pays nothing
They get a link. It opens to the job and the rate — no app, no signup, no password. They tap accept and they're on it. The subscription is yours alone; anyone you hand a job to uses it free, always — including when that's you. That's the whole reason this works: what you're competing with is a text message, and a text message costs them nothing.
1
Enter the job, send the link
Time, pickup, dropoff, the rate you agreed. Text it or paste it into whatever thread you already use.
2
They accept and drive it
You see when they open it, when they're on their way, when they're on location, and when the passenger's aboard.
3
They send the numbers, you approve
Miles, wait time and the reason for it, tolls and parking. You approve or you dispute, in writing, with a timestamp.
What it doesn't do
It doesn't send the text for you — you paste the link into the thread you already use, so it arrives from a number your driver recognises. It doesn't move money; you settle however you do now, and TripPact keeps the record of it. And it isn't in the app stores — it runs in your phone's browser, which is also why your drivers install nothing.
Not setting one up today?
Leave an address and I'll send you the full rundown — every screen, what it does and what it doesn't, as one PDF you can read on the way home. Two emails at most, an unsubscribe link on both, and no tracking in either.
The argument a week later about a forty-minute wait at baggage claim is the thing this exists to end.
